Summary:
This short book gives extra insight on Percy and some characters in the Percy Jackson Series and a few short stories. This book contains three stories, interviews with the Stoll brothers, Clarisse, Annabeth, Grover and Percy, a map of Camp Half-blood, Games, info on the gods and much more! A good read for those crazy about Percy Jackson!

Life seems to be going well till cannibal giants come after Percy and his new friend, Tyson. With Annabeth to the rescue, Percy rushes to Camp Half-blood. Campis under attack and soon, trouble arrises. Someone has poisoned Thalia’s tree, the magical protector of the camp! And Chiron is being blamed! The new camp counselor is not nice, and tries to make Percy’s life miserable. Before long, Percy has dream that Grover, his satyr friend is in trouble ans well as the camp. And Clarisse gets the quest!
Percy, Tyson (a Cyclops and Percy’s half-brother), and Annabeth sneak out of camp to save Grover and camp. Along the way they neet an enemy half-blood, Luke and his minions who serve Kronos, the evil Titan lord. Percy meets many other horrors on the way to save Grover through the Sea of Monsters. It turns out, Grover is being held captive, by a Cyclops! And, on the island with Grover, is the one thing that can save camp, the Golden Fleece! Is Grover freed? Is camp saved? Violet, the oldest, must be of age to inherit the Baudelaire fortune, which Olaf wants, BAD. Klaus, Violet’s brother, tries to uncover Olaf’s plan to get his filthy hands on their fortune. By reading a marriage book, he discovers the truth: Olaf is going to marry Violet! When Klaus confronts Olaf, Olaf tricks them! He has hung Sunny, their infant sister in a cage outside a tall tower. If the Baudelaires don’t cooperate, Sunny will be dropped.
The orphans are depressed and Violet agrees to marry Olaf in the play, the Marvelous Marriage. All that has to happen is she and Olaf have to say “I do” in the presence of judge, one of the actors who is also a judge, and sign a paper, in her own hand. But these orphans are smarter than Olaf thinks! What happens to them? Find out in The Bad Beginning!

All three girls call him crazy and leave in a rush. They don’t believe who they are and their magical powers till ancient Egyptian gods and demons, along with the Cult of Anubis come after them. Sudi, Meri and Dalila are in for an adventure as they learn about them selves, if they survive!

Also, tourists in DC are disappearing daily. The girls find out that an enemy, Apep, is hunting them, looking for a Descendent snack! The only way to kill him is hard but they accomplish it. And he only comes back stronger than before. Soon, the way to kill him involves bringing the god they are bitterly fighting to life again, until Meri discovers another way.
With their magical powers of transformation and papyri, the girls go to Apep’s layer. But Meri messes up part of the hex on Apep, to save the girls, she faces Apep alone, she frees them, but is bitten by Apep, poisoned and dying. Does she survive? And what about the Cult of Anubis? Read to see!
