A Day in Honor of the Carter Family

Mary Jane Carter, the late Cliff Carter, and the Carter family were honored as founders and long-time supporters of the library. Mayor Mark Bunte and city manager Tex Middlebrook presented Mrs. Carter with a key to the city. The library hosted a reception for the Carter family on April 20.
